Carol is the heartbeat of CODS, the one who keeps us all on track, on time, and (mostly) out of trouble. As Secretary, she’s responsible for making sure our meetings run smoothly, our communications stay clear, and our records are beautifully up to date.

Known fondly within the committee as our Organisational Goddess, Carol brings calm, structure and a deep knowledge of all things CODS to the table. She’s the go-to person for policies, paperwork, minutes, members’ queries, and last-minute panics. If it's in the diary, on a spreadsheet, or in a colour-coded folder, Carol has it covered.

She’s not just a whizz with admin; Carol’s long-standing commitment and love for the society helps shape the welcoming, well-run community that CODS is so proud to be.

Fun facts about Carol:

  • Owns three separate calendars, and still somehow remembers everyone’s birthday by heart.

  • Once spotted a typo in a show programme from 2007 – and fixed it just in case.

  • Her pre-meeting ritual? A cup of tea, a highlighter, and a silent prayer for no AOB.
